At a glance

  • Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
  • Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 2–3 business days of us receiving the item.
  • Items that arrive damaged or incorrect: contact us with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.

Returns - 30 days, unopened items

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unopened and unused (building sets with the inner bags sealed and not assembled; advent calendars with the doors unopened; decanters unused, with seals intact)
  • In the original box, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact
  • In the same condition it arrived in

Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it meets these conditions, we refund your original payment method within 2–3 business days. If an item does not meet these conditions, we will contact you before making a final decision.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email support@seyboldluxury.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can review it and make it right.

Package lost, stolen, or damaged in transit

If your tracking stops updating or your package appears lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, contact support@seyboldluxury.com with your order number and any supporting details (tracking status, delivery photos, or a carrier report). We will help you file a claim with the carrier.

European Union orders

If your order ships to the European Union, you may also cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. The item must be returned in the condition you received it.

How to start a request

All requests - returns, damaged, or incorrect items - start the same way: email support@seyboldluxury.com with your order number. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
